We will refund follow these case:

1. Within 0-3 days, the shipping is not start. It means we cannot provide your items, may out of supplier’s stock. (Full refund)
2. The package is returned to us, base on federal law of your country. (Refund 50% from total of the bill)
3. Otherwise, we will help you with sending the tracing form to the post agent. After that, your custom will find and return your package. (this process may take 30 days, more or less depend on each countries) We will refund you if we receive the returned.
4. Out of above criteria, we do not refund anyway.
